In June, 1969, National Affairs and Legislation (NAL) Committee was established as a separate entity from the Conservation Committee to


"bring to the attention of the membership important legislative proposals in Washington which fall within the fields of our endeavor."


The theme of this year's conference


As Greta Thunberg stated so succinctly:


"The climate crisis has already been solved. We already have the facts and solutions. All we have to do is wake up and change.”
